This production with the Ballet de Lorraine stems from a desire to create a dialogue between two worlds that are not necessarily associated with one another: the world of ballet and electro dance.

Electro, with its power, intensity, and raw energy, resonates with the discipline and precision of the Ballet de Lorraine’s dancers.
These two languages share a common demand for movement, rhythm, and physical commitment. Just as a musical sample extracts, transforms, and reinvents existing material, we wish to reuse the codes specific to classical ballet to subvert them and make them resonate in a new way through the visceral energy of electro dance.
