Two bodies, looking naked, advance on the stage, hook on to each other and never let go for fifteen minutes. A man and a woman whose bodies attract and latch on to each other. Bonded to each other to become inseparable. She is a vine that coils, that furls. He keeps holding her, he holds her back, he holds her up. There is something mythical about their dance. In this total fusion of two beings that become one to never come apart again. Eden is the original love, in the time of innocence. There is also something raw, in this duo. The image of the sounds of waterfalls and thunderstorms that compose the dance sound.
Eden is a dance full of force and beauty. Perhaps, because of the sense of nature released from the movement of purity and the precision of
gesture, from the quasi sculptural figures, from the power of the bodies. That is where the emotion comes from. From this sobriety that reveals the essential. Yes, love is a dance, most certainly it is Eden.
