United-C, formerly United Cowboys, is a Dutch Theatrecompany, settled in Eindhoven. Under director Maarten van der Put and choreographer Pauline Roelants, United-C creates performances in which more than one discipline participates; dance, music, video, text.

The company works with a varying group of performers, both dancers and actors, from 1 up to 8 persons per performance. United-C creates works starting from the human being as both mighty as well as vulnerable creatures. That fascination, observing, registering and pushing to a certain limit, is fuel for the performances of United-C.
One remark: it’s never explicit about a story, an anecdote, only all the components together, they make the piece and form the content.
